We want you to be happy with Pebble Pro. If you're not, getting your money back is simple.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Pebble Pro comes with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If Pebble Pro doesn't work for you within the first 30 days of purchase, just ask and we'll refund your money in full.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Find your Pebble Pro license
  3. Click "Request Refund"

What Happens When You Request a Refund

  • Your payment is refunded - the full amount goes back to your original payment method
  • Your license is revoked - Pro features will stop working
  • Your content is safe - nothing is deleted from your site

Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 30 Days

Beyond the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • 31-90 days: Refunds considered for issues that are Pebble's fault (bugs, missing features, etc.)
  • After 90 days: Partial refunds possible for significant issues

We're reasonable people. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll work it out.

What's NOT Refundable

  • Lost license keys: We can retrieve these for you - just ask
  • Domain changes: You get 3 domain changes included with your license
  • Duplicate purchases: Contact us and we'll refund one (this counts as a refund)

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, your license will be automatically revoked. Please reach out to us first - we're happy to help resolve any issues.
